Andrew Griffin, Wiltshire councillor for Melksham Without West & Rural
Background: Andrew was elected to be the Wiltshire councillor for the Melksham Without West and Rural ward in the local elections in May 2025. He represents the villages of Broughton Gifford, Berryfield, Semington, Great Hinton, Steeple Ashton, and Keevil.
Andrew is a retired accountant and business financial manager, having worked in a range of commercial and public-sector operations. He has the business management experience, and determination to make a positive contribution and will work with all his council colleagues to build the bridges needed to address the issues. Since being elected to Melksham Town Council in January 2024, he has worked to improve the quality of the council’s financial reporting and public disclosures, so that residents are more aware of what the council is doing.
